Delete your Safe(H)er account

Permanently remove your account and every piece of data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

Profile info (name, email, phone, Safe(H)er ID)
Trusted contacts list
SOS event history
Audio evidence recordings
Live-location breadcrumbs shared with your Circle
Pending & accepted Circle invitations
App settings (voice trigger phrases, PIN hash, custom messages)

Timeline

Requests submitted via this form are processed and completed within 30 days. For immediate deletion, log in to the Safe(H)er app and use Settings → Delete my account.

⚡ Fastest option — from within the app

Open Safe(H)er, sign in, then go to Settings → Delete my account. After you re-enter your password, everything is erased instantly.

Use this form if you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your account. Enter the email address you used to register.
